BRIEF

Reconfigure a compact Athenian apartment to maximize its potential for short-term stays by introducing a second bedroom. The layout was strategically rebalanced, with a streamlined living–kitchen zone that enhances efficiency while preserving comfort. The project followed a low-cost strategy aimed at increasing the property’s commercial value and revenue.

PROCESS

Executed through a fast-track, cost-efficient strategy, the design project was fully delivered within 7 days. Scope included site survey and spatial documentation, architectural reconfiguration and technical drawings, 3D modeling and photorealistic visualization. Construction is currently in progress, with full site supervision and coordination — all undertaken directly by me.

AESTHETIC NOTE

Clean, modern, and functional finishes create a neutral yet contemporary atmosphere, tailored to the demands of short-term rental while remaining cost-effective.
