BRIEF

At the owner’s request, no walls were demolished. The layout was therefore optimized for short-term stays through furniture-based zoning, built-ins, and integrated storage—adding capacity and clarifying circulation without structural intervention.

CONCEPT

A Japandi approach pairs natural textures and warm neutrals with clean lines and calm proportions. Controlled color accents add identity and gentle contrast, keeping the space visually light yet durable for frequent use.
